Molly McDonald

Molly says,"Painting is a thrill. I am captive of the smell and feel of the paint.I always want to play and push the limits of the material until all of a sudden the artwork seems just right and then I move on to start another painting."

Molly has taught art in the public and private sector for thirty eight years. As an artist educator Molly has won local and national arts awards, exhibits New England juried arts shows, and is in many private collections.Presently Molly is represented at BACA Gallery in Branford, Connecticut. Molly is a member and exhibits with Shoreline Arts Trail Open Studios, New Haven Paint and Clay Club, Guilford Art League, Madison Art League, Essex Art Association, and Connecticut Women Artists. Molly also has contributed her artwork to benefit of various local fundraisers whenever asked.
