The Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance (BACA) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support Shoreline artists and the broader arts and cultural community by providing quality opportunities to share their work with the public. The BACA Gallery in Branford, one of the largest art galleries in the state, curates four art exhibits annually and continually hosts onsite and offsite arts and cultural programs at low or cost. BACA West, our smaller satellite gallery in downtown New Haven, also presents four art shows each year. To encourage Branford's young artists BACA mounts student exhibits during the school year and awards an annual scholarship to a new graduate pursuing studies in art.
