‘My paintings tell a story…real or imagined with inspiration from color, light, and movement in nature. My stories often emerge from memories,  and develop through the texture and motion of the paint to the feeling I want to portray.  I love how nature portrays the darkest and brightest moments in life… the forcefulness and tranquility of water and the ever-changing light and motion of all living things.’
