Eva Polizzi

Dichotomy marks my life.  I was born and raised in Budapest, but I have been living in the US for over two decades. Ever since I remember, I’ve always been a maker and I wanted to design textiles for interiors. Instead, I studied Linguistics and I taught writing for almost three decades. I tried my hands at every fiber technique growing up, but when I finally was able to get a formal education in art, I fell in love with clay as well. It seems that I am forever suspended between two worlds: this and the other side of the Atlantic, and the world of ethereal fibers and fired earth.
